Digital product coordinator

SUMMARY

The Hearts on Fire Marketing team drives the brand building efforts for the Hearts On Fire brand.  As part of the brand’s growth in the US and in our APAC and EMEA markets, there is a focused effort to use technology as the primary means to bring the brand to life across channels whether that’s a customer’s experience online or instore.  We believe that a best in class, omnichannel brand experience can drive sell through for our independent retail partners and increase brand consideration among our target end consumer.   The Digital Product Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the Digital Product Manager in maintaining and evolving the brand’s current digital products, heartsonfire.com and Lifeline.  

This role will be responsible for handling day to day content management requests and ensuring content is properly maintained in Sitecore (our content management platform). This role will review site performance and provide weekly reporting to the DPM on key metrics like traffic, time spent and bounce rate with an eye toward providing insights that may suggest how content performance could improve.  The role will work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, IT and the Innovation and Experience Design team to deliver a best in class user experience across both our consumer and channel web sites.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Work with creative team to develop appropriate creative assets needed to support quarterly content calendar

•Responsible for monitoring site performance, optimizing content based on analytics

•Complete monthly CTF web analytics reports

•Partner with Marketing Specialist and Integrated Media Specialist to ensure site supports email and digital media campaigns

•Maintain content of Lifeline (channel web site) partnering with Trade Marketing Specialist on content strategy/creation

•Responsible for vendor setup, PO creation and billing as needed

•Provide monthly insights on key competitive web site trends in category and best in class for luxury products

•Partner with Copywriter to develop and implement SEO best practices

•Implement tracking tags as needed

•Manages the digital product budget and participates in fiscal year planning


QUALIFICATIONS

•Some knowledge/experience with website design and development, best practice UX and design across devices; ideally this person has some experience in the Sitecore CMS platform

•Comfortable working in Google Analytics

•Intellectual curiosity and excitement about all things web

•Excellent attention to detail

•Strong execution skills; consistently produce results and meet deadlines 

•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal/written presentation skills 

•Superior problem solving and analytical skills 

•Minimum 2 years’ experience
