trade marketing coordinator

The dynamic marketing team at Hearts On Fire plays a central role in promoting the Hearts On Fire brand via advertising campaigns, marketing programs and materials, social media, trade shows, retail communication and sales incentive programs. The Trade Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the team and will drive the day to day management of the Hearts On Fire co-op program, provide support across the team and play a central role with the independent retail channel. This role has administrative, relationship management and project management responsibilities.


• Responsible for the day to day operations of the sales incentive program including but not limited to, being the point of contact for daily inquiries, reporting and supporting the tracking, distribution and redemption process.

• Support the Marketing team with sales incentive communication needs for the retail channel.

• Coordinate shop in shop (brand boutique) programs including managing relationship with vendor, retailer and sales teams, ensuring timelines are met, managing invoices and creating/tracking retailer agreements.

• Work with Trade Marketing Specialist and external agencies to refine, manage and execute the co-op program.

• Partner with the Sales team to respond to retailer requests for information, materials, etc.

• Act as point person on the Marketing Department for marketing-related independent retailer and HOF boutique requests including but not limited to collateral needs, readily available advertising assets and POS materials.

• Provide general support to Marketing Team for duties as assigned.
